Meet Poppy

Poppy Alvares ND mANP mGNC, is a medical herbalist, naturopath, iridologist, and Womb & Fertility Massage therapist, passionate about supporting women through their physical and emotional healing.

After using herbal remedies throughout her life and training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine for 5 years, including 500+ hours of clinical training, Poppy has been helping clients with a wide range of health complaints using a blend of traditional naturopathic techniques and modern science.

While journeying through her own womb healing, Poppy discovered and has trained in the powerfully transformative therapy of Womb & Fertility Massage, which she now offers alongside her herbal medicine practice.

She also makes herbal remedies to further support women's health, along with a range of natural skincare products, blended by hand and made with love at her workshop in Surrey.

Naturopathy

A holistic approach to healthcare that emphasises natural remedies and the body's innate ability to heal itself. It encompasses various modalities, including herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and other natural therapies, to promote overall health and wellbeing.

Iridology

By examining the colour, structure, and other indicators in an iris, we can gain insight into an individual's physical constitution and personality, highlighting possible strengths and weaknesses to make informed decisions and take proactive steps towards optimal wellness.

TCM Tongue Diagnosis

TCM tongue diagnosis is a traditional Chinese medicine practice where the appearance, colour, coating, and other characteristics of the tongue are observed to assess a person's health. It provides valuable insights into the body's internal condition, helping practitioners identify imbalances and guide treatment strategies.
